Warranty and After-Sales Service
All our equipment is guaranteed for a period varying from 1 to 5 years depending on the model.
It is also possible to opt for a warranty extension of 1 to 3 additional years, offered at the price of €150/year.
The warranty covers the entire product against any defect linked to its manufacturing: covering, structure, spare parts, accessories, etc.
During the warranty period
In the event of an incident, we invite you to send the following information as quickly as possible to serviceclient@tablemassage.shop:
- photos/videos allowing you to visualize the incident encountered
- a written description of this incident and the circumstances in which it occurred.
Our Technical Department will contact you within 48 working hours after receipt of these elements.
We most often carry out technical interventions remotely, with a sending of the spare part, then technical assistance by telephone to allow you to regain full use of your equipment as quickly as possible.
In rare cases, when remote troubleshooting is not possible, our Technical Service may have to intervene on site or request the return of your equipment to the workshop for repair or exchange.
After the warranty period
The intervention conditions are identical to those offered during the warranty period.
The only difference will be the cost of spare parts and/or necessary travel, which will be invoiced to you at cost by our Technical Department.
Whatever happens, we remain your only contact throughout the life of your equipment.
Second Hand Offer
Some of the items offered in our Second hand section are guaranteed by us for 6 months.
This guarantee covers during this period any damage linked to a defect present at the time of purchase but which has not been detected at that time.
Malea Massage takes care of the technical assistance to be provided in the event of an incident following the same process as for all new items.
